How long does delivery take?

UK - All orders placed before 3pm are despatched the same working day and delivery usually takes 1-3 working days.

International – All orders placed before 3pm (GMT) are despatched the same working day and sent via TNT (tracking provided). Delivery times may vary.

Please note: orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are despatched the following Monday.

 

Do you ship outside the UK?

Absolutely! We ship all international orders via TNT and provide you with tracking so you know when to expect your order.

Can I cancel my cupscription at anytime?

If you’d like to cancel your cupscription with us, you can do so at any point. All you need to do is login to your account on our website and navigate to account>subscriptions. If you need any assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

Can you send a gift bundle to someone for me?

Of course! All you need to do is enter the recipients details into the shipping section at checkout and we’ll do the rest.

 

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards in denominations of £10, £25, £50 and £100. After purchase, a digital gift card will be emailed to you, along with instructions on how to redeem it. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

 

Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes. The sachets are made of a recyclable polymer (PolyPropylene), and all outer packaging is recyclable card/cardboard.

 

Are the coffee bags biodegradable?

They sure are! After use, simply pop them in your food waste bin or composter.
